FRIDAY

10 am  Meet at REI parking lot. Check-in process. Your printed ticket and ID required to board the bus.

10:30 – 2:00 pm Travel on board The Nature Bus to Buckingham, VA Yogaville Satchidananda Ashrum (stopping for a 15-30 min snack/stretch break at halfway point)

2:00 Registration and settle into dorms and begin activities

5:00 – 6:30 pm Either Hatha Yoga or Deep Relaxation (see schedule in lobby)

6:00 – 6:30 Meditatin

6:30 Dinner at the Ashrum (included)

7:30 – 8:30 Orientation video of the Ashrum in Satsang Hall

7:30 – 9:00 Visit the illuminated Lotus shrine and Kailash Temple

SATURDAY

Early morning meditation, hatha yoga or daily puja

8:00 – 9:30 Breakfast at the Ashrum (included)

9:30 – 10:30 Choice of yoga, formal talk, or visit the shrine

Noon – meditation

12:45 – lunch at the Ashrum (included)

1:45 – 3:30 tour of the Ashrum

4:00 – 5:00 Choice or hatha yoga, restorative yoga, or deep relaxation

5:00 – 5:30 Evening meditation

5:30 – 6:30 dinner at the Ashrum (included)

7:30 – 9:30 Satsang community get-together

SUNDAY

Early morning choices of meditation, hatha yoga, daily puja

8:00 – 9:30 breakfast at Ashrum (included)

10:00 – 11:15 Talk “Applying yoga in daily life”

12:00 check out

12:00 – 12:30 laughing yoga

12:45 lunch

 

2:00 – 6:00 Travel back to REI parking lot (we have no control over traffic situations so please prepare for a possible later return)

End of Nature Experience

 

What to bring:

Snacks & water bottle (will be placed in the bus coolers). NO FOOD OR DRINK MAY BE CONSUMED ON THE BUS.

Dress for the weather. Rain gear (we go rain or shine). Comfortable walking shoes. Clothing for all 3 days. Toiletries. Yoga clothing.
