Group tour DATE?  YOU will choose your date in 2025 (*Contact Suzanne, the company owner, to customize every detail of your group tour 757-288-9595 or info@TheNatureBus.com)  

DURATION – 4 hour minimum – YOU select your duration, pick up/drop off times + location (half day, full day, or weekend available).

PRICE: $140 per hour. 4 hour minimum. $140 x 4 = $560. PLUS 2.6% processing fee ($13.78) = $573.78 total for a 4 hour tour.  ($35/person for 4 hour tour)

To calculate your group PRICE FOR LONGER TOURS: simply ADD $140 for each additional hour.

These fully customizable half day, full day, or weekend long group packages cater to your group’s specific interests. Groups of all ages, interests and abilities will love our tours. Say YES to new adventures! We collaborate with many nature guides; each has unique expertise. We provide your group with an excellent GUIDED outdoor experience. Every moment of your adventure is thoughtfully planned out, from the moment you step on, until you disembark. We make it simple for you. Just arrive, relax, and enjoy your memorable experience!

WHAT’S INCLUDED:
– Air conditioned/heated new vehicle
– Transportation
– Departure from your preferred location (up to 30 minutes from REI, Virginia Beach)
– All fees (including admission fee to the locations; excluding food/drink)
– Expert pre-planning services

THINGS TO BRING:
– Feel free to bring child car seats or booster seats. It takes TIME to hook them up, so it will be important to arrive early to give yourself time to do this. There are seatbelts on board the bus.
– Your cell phone/camera! You will want to take photos!
– Your preferred food & drink (coolers provided upon request)

– CASH (it is customary to tip 15% to the driver/guide)

Important NOTES  “Know before you go” ~

*We go “light rain” or shine. See our weather policy FAQs  page. Please dress for the weather. In the case of light rain, we simply take cover and wait it out. In the case of very heavy rain and wind, we move the experience to your selected rain-date. Be sure both dates will work for everyone in your group (the original date and the rain-date).  ALL SALES FINAL/NO REFUNDS

*PLEASE READ the “small print” details to make the tour go smoothly: Eating, drinking, chewing gum is not permitted on the bus. We arrange stops for eating. Dress for the weather. Always wear closed-toe shoes. Please arrive 15-30 min before departure. Save time at check-in by everyone bringing their signed waiver. No restroom on board the bus; arrive early enough to use the rr at your departure location or at REI/Fresh Market grocery store. We can make emergency rr stops as needed. We cannot wait for latecomers because we must adhere to our planned itinerary. Therefore we must pull away at the exact departure time. We cannot receive telephone/text calls to let us know you are running late because we will driving and using the phone as a GPS.
*ALL OUR TOURS INVOLVE WALKING; GUESTS SHOULD EXPECT VARYING DEGREES OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY.
