The Nature Bus Microschool
At The Nature Bus Microschool, enrollment is intentionally personal. We take time to get to know each family and each child to ensure our program is the right fit for everyone involved.
Our admissions process is simple, transparent, and designed to feel welcoming rather than overwhelming.
Our Admissions Process
Step 1: Submit an Initial Inquiry
Begin by completing our short Initial Inquiry Form.
At this stage, we only ask for:
- Parent/guardian name
- Preferred method of contact (email or phone)
- Child’s first name and age
- Any initial questions you may have
Step 2: Initial Review & Follow-Up
Please allow 1–2 business days for our team to review your inquiry.
We will reach out by your preferred method of contact to:
- Answer your initial questions
- Share more about our program and daily rhythm
- Confirm next steps
Step 3: Parent Meet & Greet (Parents-Only)
Families who wish to move forward will be invited to attend a Parent Meet & Greet session.
These small, relaxed gatherings include:
- Meeting the founders and teachers
- Touring the Nature Bus
- A brief overview of our philosophy and structure
- Time for open Q&A
This step allows parents to fully understand the program before moving into the application phase.
Step 4: Submit a Formal Application
After attending a Meet & Greet, families may submit a formal application.
The application includes:
- Child information and background
- Readiness considerations
- Family goals and values alignment
A non-refundable admissions fee is submitted with the application.
Step 5: Student Visit
Once an application is received, a member of our admissions team will reach out to arrange a student visit.
This visit gives your child an opportunity to:
- Spend time with teachers
- Experience The Nature Bus
- Begin building comfort and connection
This step helps determine whether The Nature Bus Microschool feels like the right fit for your child and for our community.
Step 6: Enrollment Decision
Following the student visit, families will be notified of an enrollment decision.
If accepted, you will receive:
- An enrollment offer
- Contract and next steps
- Start-date and onboarding details

Because we are a small microschool, enrollment is limited. Our goal is not simply to fill spaces, but to build a balanced, connected community where children and families thrive together.
